How long and how big can the GIF be?
Up to 15 seconds, at 5 to 15 frames per second and up to 480 pixels wide (never wider than your video). Very large combinations on tall clips are refused before they run, because the GIF would be too heavy to share. GIFs cannot carry sound, so the result is silent.
