How much smaller will my video get?
It depends on the clip. Balanced caps the picture at 720p and Smallest file at 540p, so a large phone clip usually shrinks a lot, while a video that is already small may barely change. If a level cannot make your file any smaller, you are told so instead of getting a bigger file back.
